WELCOME TO DEPARTMENT OF ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERING

The field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) is the place to be for those who are passionate about electrical systems ranging from heavy power generators to the smallest microchips. The department aims to train stakeholders with contemporary knowledge and innovative skills, both functional and integrative, focusing on strong fundamentals, modern trends, leadership, networking, teamwork, entrepreneurship, ethics, and governance.

PROGAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES (PEO‘s)

1. Preparation

To strengthen the learners with basic knowledge in concepts of Engineering Mathematics, Applied Sciences and Basic Engineering subjects for problem analysis, comprehend to develop solutions for hardware, software and other tools in the area of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

2. Core Competence

To enable the learners with core curriculum knowledge in theory and practical experiments of Electrical & Electronics Engineering to develop the innovative skills in design, simulation, investigation of complex problems, critical reasoning, development & testing knowledge for providing solutions to real time problems related to the field of Electrical & Electronics Engineering.

3. Breadth Knowledge

To enable the learners with breadth knowledge to build the professionals in Electrical & Electronics Engineering to lead team work in the fields of generation & distribution of power, electrical machines and skills to develop communication, lifelong learning and aptitude of project management & finance with entrepreneurial values.

4. Advanced Professional knowledge

To adept a system of multi disciplinary approach to develop R&D skills by MOUs with premier industries and institutions interacting with training sessions and industrial visits to the learners to have awareness in latest trends of Power Quality, Non Conventional Energy Systems, etc... to compassionate and lead the escalating needs of society.
