Declaration under RTI Act

The Right to Information Act, 2005 (22 of 2005) has been enacted by the Parliament and has come into force from 15 June 2005. It promotes transparency and accountability in public authorities.

SGVR&S Educational Society’s GVR&S College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur District, comes under Section 4(1)(b) of the RTI Act 2005.

About the Institution

The college is a co-education institution registered under the Society Act by Government of Andhra Pradesh.
